Ancient Nutrition Pure HTML Email

"I hand-coded this HTML email using only HTML and inline CSS, and I really enjoyed the process.

I've built a few emails in the past, but no matter how many times I create one, I still find them challenging. Between the complex table structures—tables on top of tables, nested tables, and all—it's easy to get lost. And even after all that work, it's disappointing when emails don't display correctly across different platforms during testing.

I believe I can hand-code emails well, but I still found myself turning to Google and AI to help troubleshoot issues more efficiently. I want to be clear: AI did not build this email for me. I used DeepSeek as a tool—similar to how I would use a search engine—to find answers, learn best practices, and solve problems faster. The design, structure, and execution are my own.

Building an email that renders reliably across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and mobile devices takes patience and attention to detail. I'm proud of how this one turned out, and I hope it serves as a good example of what can be done with clean, hand-coded HTML."
